The Vnukovo International Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center VARZ-400 is the largest facility of this type in the Russian Federation. Our industrial base and potential, further augmented by the highly qualified workforce, allow us to regularly increase workloads and expand the range of aircraft MRO works and services offered as well as those performed on aircraft engines, their systems, assemblies and parts. We also offer rework and upgrading of aircraft, their systems and components to ensure their conformity with the ICAO airworthiness standards currently in force.

We are open and prepared for:

introduction into service of new aircraft, new strategies and methods of their MRO and operation.
participation in joint projects including investment (initiatives) and projects.
conducting staff & expert-level training and internships at the MRO Center VARZ-400

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE

VARZ-400 MRO Center offers:

scheduled and line maintenance of the Tu-154, Il-76 and Il-86 aircraft types
engine and APU changes.
repairs, rework and replacement of parts and assemblies
airworthiness maintenance and aircraft service life extension.

VARZ-400 MRO Center offers its customers the following additional services:

rapid-response supplies of components and spares
in-service failure and malfunction elimination
aircraft stands
on-board and custom-made toolkits for maintenance purposes

VARZ-400 MRO Center currently offers:

major overhaul of the Tu-154 AC type and all its derivatives, assemblies and parts
AC upgrades and modifications enabling their conformity to the ICAO regulations and standards with the issuance of respective technical and operational documentation
AC and their components rework in accordance with the latest Industry Bulletins (local equivalent of airworthiness directives)
AC interior repairs and refits, interior decoration works with the use of modern materials of both Russian and foreign origin

AC ENGINE REPAIRS AND OVERHAUL

VARZ-400 MRO Center currently offers:

all types of repairs of the D-30 KU, D-30 KP, D-30KU-154 aircraft engine types
aircraft engine rework in accordance with the latest Industry Bulletins (local equivalent of airworthiness directives)
in-operation maintenance and servicing of the repaired/overhauled AC engines
AC engines service life extension
