Quality service to be offered to both the passengers and airline customers is one of the imperatives underlying any airport’s competitiveness. Vnukovo International places particular emphasis on the implementation of a centralized system of passenger and aircraft handling. PJSC Vnukovo Handling, created late in 2004, is the company which provides just such a consolidated range of services in both technical and commercial handling at Vnukovo. It makes sure the airlines using Vnukovo International receive the entire range of services the airport is capable of providing and acts as a sole service operator of all the companies and enterprises operating as part of the airport group. 
Acting as agents of these Vnukovo International subsidiary or partner companies, Messrs. Vnukovo Handling conclude a framework contract with each customer air carrier to provide it with the entire range of in-terminal and ground handling services at Vnukovo, and subsequently act as that carrier's agents, representing it in its business transactions with companies of the airport group. By drawing on the best of international experience in the business, a Supervisers Divison was established within the Company to coordinate numerous operational processes contributing to the ultimate dispatch reliability at Vnukovo International. Thus by streamlining the numerous airport operations, the supervisers ensure and  improve the Airport's dispatch reliability.    

Therefore Vnukovo International offers its customers a one-stop business interaction structure, whereby customer airlines liaise with a single service operator on all issues of airport and ground handling services at Vnukovo. This ensures better management, the improved quality and the ever-growing selection of services offered by the Airport. It also enables the Airport to consolidate its financial policy as well as the cash flow between customer airlines and its group of companies. The added bonus that this structure offers comes in the form of simplified contractual relations between the Airport and airlines and a better-coordinated in-house action plan resulting in the high quality of services that Vnukovo International offers.       
 

The business interaction structure, implemented at Vnukovo International, whereby customer airlines liaise with a single service operator on all issues regarding the airport and ground handling services, allows to coordinate the operation and production cycles of numerous companies of the airport group, resulting in substantially streamlined airport operations and the improved customer service our tenant airlines receive.
