The Center provides the following basic training, upgrade training, and retraining courses for civil aviation staff:
I. Upgrade training and retraining (skill conversion) courses (RT) for civil aviation specialists

Flight crew, instructor-pilot and -navigator training, engineering and technical staff in airframe and powerplant maintenance and aviation & radio-electronic equipment, flight attendant and instructor-flight attendant training for the following aircraft types: The Ilyushin-62 (Ì), IL-86, IL-96, IL-96-300, IL-18,the Tupolev –154BM, ÒU-134ÀB, ÒU-204, ÒU-204-100;
- Crew resource management (CRM) for flight deck staff;

Flight crew member and instructor-pilot and instructor-navigator training and cargo masters training courses in aircraft operations, engineering and technical support, instrument and engine maintenance, in airframe and powerplant maintenance and aviation & radio-electronic equipment for the following aircraft types: the ÒU-154S; IL-76TD (Ò);

Flight crew members, instructor-flight crew members, flight attendants and instructor-flight attendants for the following aircraft types: the IL-96, IL-96-300, Yakovlev Yak-42; TU-214;

Flight attendant upgrade training for the following AC types in mixed pax.-cargo configuration: IL-62Ì, TU-154B,Ì, IL-18, ÒÓ-134À, IL-86;

Flight crews upgrade courses resulting in qualifications to fly under Â-RNAV regulations in Europe with the use of satellite navigation systems;
- Flight and cabin crew members for international routes;

Air traffic controllers in air traffic organization of international flights in conformity with the Occupational Training Guidelines for Air Traffic Organization Staff in Civil Aviation;
- Civil simulator instructors;
- Supervisor navigator;
- Aviation Security Service staff training;
- civil aviation staff in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation;

civil aviation staff in transporting dangerous goods, items and consignments;
- civil aviation staff in flight safety and security;

foreign language proficiency training for flight staff (English, French, German);
- Search and Rescue Service specialists;

Upgrade courses for air traffic controllers as per the Occupational Training Guidelines for Air Traffic Organization Staff in Civil Aviation;

Upgrade courses for Domestic Air Services Management Division and International Air Services Management Division personnel;

Upgrade courses for engineering and technical staff in aircraft maintenance at foreign airports (international routes);

Flight and engineering staff upgrade training for flight operations under reduced vertical separation minima (RVSM) in the North Atlantic, Europe, and the Middle East.

Flight and engineering staff upgrade training in flight operations and maintenance with traffic collision avoidance system (TCAS).

Civil aviation personnel upgrade training in novel radio-electronic equipment.
II. Ab initio staff training courses

basic cabin crew training for the following AC types: the IL-62 (Ì), IL-86, IL-18, IL-96, IL-96-300, the TU-154BM, TU-134AB, TU-204, TU-204-100, TU-214; the Yak-42,

cargo masters for the following AC types: the IL-76 (ÒD,Ò) and IL-62Ì, IL-18, the TU-154B,Ì,TU-134À, the IL-86 in mixed cargo-passenger configuration

foreign language proficiency courses in conversational English, German and French.
III. (Civil) Simulator training

Flight crew , engineering and technical staff in the IL-62, IL-86, TU-154 AC simulators and the Dvina simulator;

ICAO category II weather minima qualifications in the TU –154 and IL-86 comprehensive simulator systems.

ICAO category I weather minima qualifications in the IL-86 comprehensive simulator systems.
Our tuition fees are moderate and remain stable all year round.
The courses are held on condition of a sufficient number of students to make up a group.
The groups in all disciplines listed above are formed on the basis of applications from airlines and civil aviation enterprises.
