Baggage Storage

A commodious baggage storage room is located on Terminal A's underground level.

The room entrance is located right across the hall from entrance into Terminal A from the underground train station. From the airport forecourt, the baggage storage room can be accessed via Terminal A's Level One (Arrivals), by descending to the underground level by escalator/elevator. Please keep in mind that in order to gain access to the room, you will have to clear a security check upon entering Terminal A.  

 The following baggage storage tariffs apply:

• Items with dimensions up to 30x50x70 cm and weighing under 30 kg- RUB 150

• Items with one of the dimensions exceeding the above and weighing in excess of 30 kg- RUB 100 shall be considered outsized baggage (incl. skis, bicycles, glassware, automobile parts & spares, baby prams/buggies, radio equipment etc.) - RUB300
• Items with at least one of the dimensions exceeding 100 cm - RUB 500

The applicable tariff per item plus the valuation charge is levied per 24 hours of storage of each item on any given date.

Baggage Storage Rules

•  The storage [calendar] day ends at midnight irrespective of the baggage check-in hour [with the VKO Baggage Storage]

•   Storage of items/substances liable to pollute and/or damage other air travelers' baggage is prohibited.

•   The check-in for [subsequent] storage of live animals, birds, firearms, as well as that of malodorous, flammable, explosive and other dangerous items/substances is prohibited.

•   Storage of money, bonds, personal ID documents and other valuables in the baggage checked-in for storage (with the VKO Baggage Storage) is prohibited.

•  Any additional bags/plastic bags attached, shall be considered separate items and charged accordignly.

A valuation charge comprising 3 percent of the total baggage value declared by the Customer upon its check-in for storage, shall be collected. Minimum declared value of baggage is RUB1000.
