Security (Walk-Through Detectors)

  Dear air travelers and Vnukovo Airport visitors, kindly bear in mind that due to the Airport's currently increased security profile, you will have to undergo an extra security check upon entering any of the Airport's three mainline passenger terminals. This may result in occasional queuing, especially at peak departure hours. When planning your trip to the Airport, please allow yourselves sufficient extra time (in addition to the stipulated minima) for the required security checks and preflight formalities. Мore...  
 

   For reasons of your added safety and security throughout your dwell period at the Airport and during your onward flight, please be prepared, upon entering the secured, ticketed-passengers-only areas of the Airport's terminals, to undergo a standard security check by walking through a metal detector and by passing all your personal effects and carry-on baggage through an x-ray scanner. Please note that those failng to clear the security check satisfactorily, will not be admitted into the respective secured, ticketed-passengers-only area, with the eventual denied boarding a distinct possibility.
