For meeters & senders:
For a single update, please enter the entire alphanumeric flight number (example: XYZ123) into the text field of the (text / e-mail) message
For continuous updates on a flight’s entire progress, please enter the entire alphanumeric flight number followed immediately by a question mark (example: XYZ123?) into the text field (body) of the (text / e-mail) message.
To opt out of receiving further updates,please send a message containing the word STOP (or
ÑÒÎÏ).
To receive information concerning a past/future flight (within three days of the current date) please specify the date (in the DD.MM or DD/MM format), following the flight number and a blank (example XYZ1234 14.11 or XYZ1234+ 23/12)
For departing passengers:
To receive updates on the start/closure of check-in or boarding of a flight including delays, please enter the entire alphanumeric flight number followed immediately by a + (example: XYZ123+) into the text field (body) of the (text / e-mail) message. This subscription expires upon the flight's departure from Vnukovo International. To cancel the subscription prior to its expiration, please send a message containing the word STOP (or
ÑÒÎÏ).
