When purchasing an airline ticket, please inform the airline that you or the accompanying party have special needs and wait for confirmation that you will be able to board the flight (please inform the airline no later than 48 hours prior to departure).

Service company employees assist passengers at a prior request from their airlines.
If your airline does not contact us in advance, our staff will provide you with services on a first come, first served basis in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 24. We can therefore not guarantee you will be provided with the services in full at the time of request.
Make sure your airline submits your service request in a timely manner.
We provide the following services for passengers with disabilities at the request of an airline free of charge:
- Meeting passengers with disabilities at an arrival point if passengers inform us on their arrival;
- Wheelchairs are provided for moving around the terminal and boarding the airplane. If you require a wheelchair, please contact the assistance counter located in Terminal A Departures on the left hand side);
- A specially equipped waiting area next to the assistance counter for disabled passengers (Terminal A Departures on the left hand side);
- Transporting passengers unable to move around independently to an airplane boarding using the elevator for disabled people;
- Assistance with guide dogs, this area is found near the building located at the following address: Plotinnaya St., ½;

If you do not contact the airline in advance but require assistance directly at the airport, you will be provided with the following services free of charge:
- Meeting passengers at an arrival point and providing assistance in moving around the airport if passengers inform us on their arrival;
- Wheelchairs are provided for passengers to move independently around the airport;
- Assistance with guide dogs.

When purchasing an airline ticket, please inform the airline that you or the accompanying party have special needs and wait for confirmation that you will be able to board the flight (please inform the airline later than 48 hours prior to departure). Please try to be as clear and precise about your needs in the application.
Your airline will inform the airport in advance that you require assistance. This allows us to plan a service that fully meets your individual needs.
The airline will offer you seats on board according to safety regulations (it is prohibited to provide passengers with physical and/or sensory impairments with seats next to any emergency exits).
Please check with the airline transportation rules and regulations for baggage, carry-on baggage and means of assistance.
Passengers with pacemakers must have a pacemaker identification card and provide it to the airport staff prior to the security checks.
Disabled passengers should take any required medicines, meals and perform hygiene procedures on their own or with the help of an accompanying person.
For Passengers with Musculoskeletal Disorders
When purchasing an airline ticket, please inform the airline, preferably no later than 48 hours prior to departure, about your impairment. Please inform the airline of your dimensions, weight and other characteristics of your assistive devices and wait for confirmation that you will be able to board the flight. Please try to be clear and precise about your needs in the application.
If you have special needs, please arrive at the airport in advance, no later than 2 hours prior to departure.
Parking
Our multi-storey car parks provide free parking spots for people with disabilities. Such parking spots are located on the first floors of the car parks. Entry into the multi-storey car parks is done in the usual manner. Parking cards will reset when you leave the car park. To open an exit barrier gate, hand your parking card to the car park employee at the exit.
Please note that parking on the flyover is prohibited for all categories of cars. The exit from the terminal building to the flyover is closed. If you or your accompanying person are planning to park your car for more than five minutes, or your accompanying person is planning to enter the terminal with you, it is required to park your car in one of the multi-storey car parks.
Passengers using a wheelchair are provided with the following services at the airport free of charge at the request of the airline:
- Wheelchairs are provided to move around the terminal;
- Assistance with check-in and baggage handling;
- Assistance with pre-flight procedures;
- Assistance when boarding the airplane, including using an elevator for disabled passengers who are unable to move around independently.
Upon requests directly made at Vnukovo Airport, the following services are available free of charge:
- Meeting passengers at a meeting point and providing assistance if passengers inform us on their arrival;
- Wheelchairs are provided to move around the airport.
Passengers using wheelchairs should take any required medicines, meals and perform hygiene procedures on their own or with the help of an accompanying person.

Upon Arrival at Vnukovo
Passengers with disabilities disembark last. If you have informed the airline about your needs in advance, please remain seated until a member of our staff arrives to assist you.
At Vnukovo Airport, our staff will meet you and help you disembark from the airplane and claim your baggage if you are traveling unaccompanied and if needed, accompany you to your means of transport.
Your folding wheelchair registered as your checked baggage will be returned to you on the ground when you disembark from the airplane. Your electric wheelchair will be returned to you in the baggage claim area.
For Blind and Visually Impaired Passengers
When purchasing an airline ticket, please inform the airline about your special needs and wait for confirmation that you will be able to board the flight, preferably no later than 48 hours prior to departure.

People from disability groups I, II and III can park their cars for free on the first floor of our multi-storey car parks as long as they can present the relevant documents.
Entry into the multi-storey car parks is done in the usual manner. Parking cards will reset when you leave the car park. To open an exit barrier gate, hand your parking card to the car park employee at the exit.

If you are traveling with a guide dog, please read the rules and regulations for the transportation of animals and make sure you have all the necessary documents.

The information counter (second floor, center of the hall) and the Disability assistance counter (second floor, left side of the terminal) are equipped with induction loops that provide clear information for passengers with hearing loss.
Passengers should take any medicines, meals and perform hygiene procedures on their own or with the help of an accompanying person.
For Passengers on a Stretcher
Passengers on a stretcher are transported only by prior agreement with the airline within the time limits set by the carrier. It is required to have a certificate authorizing transportation of the passenger by air.
When purchasing an airline ticket, please inform your airline about your passengers special needs and wait for confirmation that you will be able to board the flight on a stretcher. You must inform the airline no later than 48 hours prior to departure.
Please choose a transport company that transports passengers on a stretcher before the flight. It can be a specialized ambulance or a private vehicle equipped to transport passengers on a stretcher.
You must arrive at the airport in advance, it is recommended no later than 3 hours before the departure. You will be transported to the airplane via the airport’s medical station located on the first floor of Terminal A.

Your accompanying person will be responsible for checking in your tickets and handling your baggage.
You will go through customs and border control at the airport’s medical station however, this is decided on a case-by-case basis.
You will board the airplane using one of the airport’s specialized transport vehicles which is available only for you, a medical service employee and one accompanying person.
If a passenger on the stretcher is a child, they can be accompanied by a doctor and one relative.
Upon Arrival at Vnukovo
If you want our staff to meet you before your flight, we recommend that you arrive at the airport in advance.
After post-flight procedures, you will be transported to the airport’s medical station accompanied by airport staff.
Your relatives or accompanying person will receive your checked baggage themselves at the baggage claim area of Terminal A.
If for any reason you were unable to request an accompanying service through your airline, you can fill in a form on our website.
