views 529

The New Year’s project Welcome to the Fairytale, an advertising campaign by the Moscow Tourism Committee,  has been launched at Vnukovo International Airport.

The central idea is to inform both Muscovites and guests of the capital about events taking place in the city, as well as to give information  the sights of Moscow.

In Terminal A of the airport, promoters distribute Christmas postcards and New Year’s Moscow from Max cards for children. Mosturism launched this New Year’s virtual route as part of the major Legends of Moscow. A Guide to Moscow’s Legends through the Drawings of a Young Muscovite project. The interactive route invites you to travel through the most iconic and legendary places of the Russian capital, to learn about their history, and also to see the city through the eyes of a child. At the end of the interactive journey, its participants will  take a knowledge test. Everyone will be able to take one or several tests at once: knowledge of interesting historical facts about Moscow, knowledge of Russian New Year traditions. According to the results of the test, a questionnaire will appear, and by filling it out, the user will have the chance to participate in a unique prize draw. The lucky winners will be selected during a live video broadcast on social networks using a random number generator. As a result, 20 finalists will receive an exclusive Guide to Moscow’s Legends card, and seven superfinalists will have the opportunity to come to Moscow. The winners will be shown around the capital accompanied by a guide.
