Vnukovo International Airport Congratulates Somon Air on Its 15th Anniversary

Vnukovo International Airport congratulates our partner Somon Air on its 15th anniversary. In May 2022, the airline launched direct scheduled flights from Vnukovo Airport. Today, Somon Air successfully operates flights to two destinations: Dushanbe and Khujand. In less than a year of cooperation, the air carrier has operated more than 585 flights, and carried approximately 100,000 passengers.

The airline’s expertise, proactive team and professional management have made it one of the most successful and largest carriers in the CIS, and a reliable partner of Vnukovo Airport. Somon Air’s fleet consists of Boeing 737-800 and 737-900 aircraft. Somon Air currently operates scheduled flights from Tajikistan to Russia, Germany, UAE, Turkey, India, China, Iran, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The carrier’s base airport is Dushanbe International Airport. The airline operates from Khujand and Kulob International Airports.
