Lost & Found

If your baggage has not arrived

You must file a baggage irregularity report at the Baggage Service Office or submit a claim online yourself by providing your travel documents (boarding pass, baggage tag) and an identity document.

Currently, the electronic claim service is only available for passengers arriving on domestic flights. Following the review of your report (electronic claim), a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) will be issued.

If the above-mentioned travel documents are not available, the decision to accept the report (electronic claim) is made by the airline.

If your baggage is damaged or has missing items

Before leaving the baggage claim area, you must file a baggage irregularity report. At the Baggage Service Office, upon presenting your travel documents (boarding pass, baggage tag) and an identity document, a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) will be issued for you.

Deadlines for filing a claim with the airline:

  • domestic air transportation — within 6 months (in the event of delay in baggage delivery/loss/damage);
  • international air transportation:
    • in the event of baggage shortage or damage — within 7 days from the date of receiving the baggage;
    • in the event of delay in baggage delivery— within 21 days from the date of receiving the baggage by a passenger;
    • in the event of baggage loss — within 18 months.
